"Delay in delivery of justice" - with some amazing case reference

Some of the amazing information about the pendency of cases in India. Today if we ask the prudent person about the judicial processor, then maybe everyone gives their different opinion, but I am surprised to hear one common opinion-
"Delay in delivery of justice".

As a long way as Indian judicial machine is concerned, a massive number of pending cases have paralyzed the complete justice delivery system.

Take a reference-

  1. Rahul Pathak of Buxar filed a case on May 5, 1951, for remaining decree or judgment. According to documents with the National Judicial Data Grid, the case is still at the argument stage in the Dumraon civil court, and the ultimate listening to was once on November 18, 2018. Yet not have any concrete information regarding the next listing date.
  2. A case filed on July 2, 1953, via one Bhagwan against Dulari in Varanasi is on perpetual stay. The case history suggests that it reached the first hearing date on October 11, 2015, and the next date of listening to has been constant on January 15, 2019.
  3. Uttar Pradesh state vs Ayoudhyas’, filed on March 18, 1966, reached look stage earlier than civil choose Duddhi in Sonbhadra district in September 2016 and has on account that been given a subsequent date of listening to on February 13, 2019.
